Job Position: Fleet Reliability Engineer
General Requirements for Fleet Reliability Engineer Jobs In Abu Dhabi
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline. Advanced certifications in reliability or maintenance engineering are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in reliability engineering, preferably within the transportation, rail, or aviation industry. Hands-on experience with fleet maintenance and management systems is essential.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of reliability analysis tools such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM). Proficiency in using data analysis software and tools for monitoring fleet performance.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify recurring issues and implement proactive solutions to enhance fleet reliability.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and safety departments.
